A Master Plan request was submitted to the Municipal Planning Board a for 23-unit townhome development called SODO Place at 40-72 W Harding Street (MAP). The property currently consists of 3 empty lots and 3 lots with existing single-family homes built prior to 1970 in "below average condition." This project is tentatively scheduled for a public hearing at the Municipal Planning Board on September 17, 2019.
