The Julian Apartments (Website), a 14-story, $108 million urban apartment community with 409 units and 6,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space, is being co-developed by The Allen Morris Company and Ustler Development, Inc at Creative Village in Downtown Orlando.
The Julian Apartments is the first market rate apartment building proximate to the UCF Downtown and Valencia College Downtown campus at Creative Village in Downtown Orlando.
The project will be adjacent to Central Park, a 2.5 acre activity lawn, tree-lined promenade and gathering space and include the following amenities:
1,000 square feet of dedicated and themed collaboration space on each floor where residents can work, study and socialize
Settings designed for one-on-one conversations
Spaces equipped with bleacher-inspired seating and large screens for small group presentations
Study space featuring noise-cancelling privacy pods
Game room
Courtyards and shaded lounge areas
First floor restaurant and bar with expansive front porch.
The mixed use project is expected to open during the Summer of 2020.
