Foxtail Welcomes DG Doughnuts to Its Lee Road Location

Foxtail Coffee (Website) announced this week it'll be featuring DG Doughnuts (Website) at one of its locations at 805 Lee Road (MAP). Foxtail's other locations will continue serving donuts from Valkyrie Doughnuts and Valhalla Bakery. The new pairing aligns with Foxtail's latest efforts to expand community partners at select locations, from sharing space with vegan eatery Leguminati at its Hourglass District shop to partnering with Pizza Bruno ownership for a bagel concept at the soon-to-be-open College Park location. DG Doughnuts owners Amanda Eubanks and David Hancock had been looking for space for a second location, and Foxtail's Lee Road shop had a full kitchen. "It seemed like the perfect partnership," said Alex Tchekmeian, Foxtail's co-founder. "We're a Central Florida brand, and we're always looking to work with other local brands like DG Doughnuts to offer something unique to the community." Started in 2016, DG Doughnuts quickly went viral for its daring doughnut designs. The artful, edible creations come in flavors ranging from Strawberry Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Peanut Butter and Banana to the "Dad Bod," which is dipped in warm maple icing, rolled in bacon bits and peanuts, and garnished with chocolate and pretzels. The shop currently has one location, operating out of a gas station in nearby Oakland and drawing sell-out crowds regularly.
