CBRE (Website) is leasing inline spaces and outparcels in an in-development shopping center in the Baldwin Park area with an expected opening date of 1st quarter 2021.
The inline spaces range from 1,200 SF to 12,000 SF. The outparcels are 0.5 acres and up.
The shopping center will have approximately 1,350 feet of frontage along Semoran Blvd amd will be located at the signalized intersection of Semoran Blvd and Hanging Moss Road. It will be located across from the newly constructed HCA Emergency Room, estimated to serve 10,000 patients per year, and in the area of a Walmart Neighborhood Grocery, Walgreens and Wawa.
The future Richard Crotty Pkwy will tie in to Hanging Moss Rd, a major East/West thoroughfare that will connect SR 436 with Dean Rd and University of Central Florida neighborhoods according to CBRE's Bobby Palta.
