Guests parallel-park for free along the downtown Windermere streets, carry their folding tables and chairs to spots at Town Hall beneath large shady oak trees, buy dinner from the food trucks, then gather with family and friends for a relaxing outdoor community dinner. It’s BYOB, so either bring your own alcoholic beverages or purchase them from Tim’s Wine a block away. Free admission. Free parking.

WHAT the daily city does

The Town of Windermere selected The Daily City to be its food truck event management company for its very popular monthly truck event that attracts around a thousand people each month. We manage all food truck scheduling and event management tasks for this event and report directly to the Town of Windermere.

The Daily City allows a very small number of non-food truck businesses to be present at the event to promote themselves. They receive a 10x10 space and bring all their own material including their own tent, tables, chairs, and promotional materials. Email us to learn more.

1. Who picks the trucks? The Town of Windermere selects the trucks they wish to work with. The Daily City takes that list and creates the monthly schedule, manages replacements and no shows, and ensures as high rate of variety each month as the approved truck list allows.
