A new family owned vegan Asian restaurant called V.L.C. Vegan Eatery (Website) opened recently at 504 N Alafaya Trail, Suite 113 (MAP) in the Waterford Towers shopping center. It’s located across the street from Waterford Lakes Town Center.
The entire menu is vegan (no animal products or dairy). Choices include small plates, rolls, stir fry, vegan fish and chicken dishes, Curry, fried rice, breaded eggplant, teas, soups, a salad bar, dessert and more.
The owner and head chef, Jim Wu, has been cooking for over 40 years. Almost 15 years ago he found a new passion for nature and a love of animals and started his plant-based journey.
Hours are Monday thru Saturday 11am – 9:30pm. The restaurant is closed Sundays.
