A one-acre assemblage of land across from Citi Tower in Thornton Park may become the home of a 31-story tower containing called The Summit Radisson Collection according to Growthspotter.
The tower would contain a six-story parking garage, a 10-story hotel, and a 15-story residential area with retail and restaurant spaces according to BKV Group.
Local artist Robert Catasus would create abstract murals and colorful creations for the building.
