Tartini Pizzeria & Spaghetteria Received 24 Health Violations

The violations include 1 live roach, a repeat violation of garlic oil spread found 37 degrees higher than allowed, raw eggs stored over cooked chicken and pasta, repeat violation of mold-like substance found in ice machine, no proof of required state employee training for some employees and more.



24 Health Violations were discovered during the January 5th Health Department Inspection of Tartini Pizzeria & Spaghetteria at 6327 S Orange Ave. A follow-up inspection is required. The violations include 1 live roach, a repeat violation of garlic oil spread found 37 degrees higher than allowed, raw eggs stored over cooked chicken and pasta, repeat violation of mold-like substance found in ice machine, no proof of required state employee training for some employees and more.

  1. 36-34-5 Basic - Ceiling vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. **Warning**

  2. 10-20-4 Basic - In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. **Warning**
