The Strand building at 807 N Mills Avenue in the Mills50 District was sold at the end of June for $1,200,000. The buyer, George Boone, was represented by Tony D. Nguyen, Managing Director of The TRG Group.
The Daily City confirmed with the owners of The Strand restaurant that they would not be going anywhere.
No new changes in vendor lineup are planned for the building according to Boone.
