The building that housed the now-shuttered restaurant Cinco Tequila + Tacos at 140 N Orlando Ave across from the Trader Joes in Winter Park is scheduled to house First Watch breakfast restaurant in October 2020 according to Orlando Business Journal.
Built in 2013, the restaurant building has 4,070 sq ft, a 549 sq ft patio and 92 parking spaces.
The Mexican restaurant did not survive perhaps because within blocks of the building there were already two other Mexican restaurants: Chuy's at 170 S. Orlando Avenue and Agave Azul at 900 South Orlando Ave.
