For those of you new to this soupy, slurpy challenge (and to whet your appetite for 2020), here is some context: three local chefs come together for a friendly competition (read battle to the death) to see whose ramen reigns supreme.
The winning chef is not merely competing for bragging rights, but for a chance to choose which charity will benefit from the proceeds. The aim of this competition is to unify and lift up the culinary community through philanthropic events and to further build the appreciation of the many ramen styles available in Orlando.
Ticket price includes three tasting bowls of ramen, sake tasting, mochi donuts from Mochi Dochi along with sweets from The Osprey Tavern.
