A new restaurant called The Pinery is coming to the Ivanhoe Village district inside the Lake House Apartment building at 301 NE Ivanhoe Blvd (MAP).
The menu and concept is still being fleshed out. The 4,100 SF restaurant will have 150 seats and an upscale vibe. The theme will be historical, with connections to the area's pineapple growing past.
The restaurant was added to the 9-story project so the developers could get their density bonus. The building will feature 252 apartments and 34,900 SF of office space.
The expected opening is Fall.
