Parliament House hotel and bar is still listed for sale as a "Sale LeasebackRedevelopment Project." for $16.5 million. Back in March the owner told Orlando Weekly he was only "looking for a leaseback arrangement that would keep him in charge of the resort." The hotel was built in 1962 and contains 125 rooms. The property is 20 acres and fronts a lake.
