A new Orlando food truck has hit the streets called Wandering Goat (Website | Facebook). It was created by Chef William Young, the owner of Hayburner food truck (Website | Facebook).
Wandering Goat will serve 11 to 12 inch Neapolitan style pizzas that contain locally sourced produce, meats & cheese, made from scratch dough and made from scratch tomato sauce.
The wood fired brick oven can fit 4-5 pizzas at time that cook within 90 seconds giving them the ability to handle high volume events.
