Orlando Food Truck Park with Space for 27 Food Trucks in the Works for Downtown UCF Area

A new food truck park and brewery with space for 27 food trucks will be created in and around an existing industrial warehouse site as part of an adaptive reuse project.

The food truck park and brewery will be located at 639 W Robinson St. (MAP). The site is north of W Robinson St., between N Parramore Ave. and N Terry Ave.

The brewery will have a small taproom for customers try and enjoy products created on site.

Proposed business hours for the project are 8a to 2a weekends and 8a to 12a week days.

A Conditional Use Permit request was submitted to the Municipal Planning Board in February to allow an eating and drinking establishment in the I-G zoning district with alcohol beverage sales within 1,000 feet of an established church and school.

According to the request, “It is anticipated the project will be an asset to the cummunity and gathering space for UCF downtown students.”

The project is owned by 639 Robinson LLC. According to Sunbiz, the address for the company is Infusion Tea In College Park.

The request goes before the Municipal Planning Board April 20th.
