Orlando Food Hall in the Works on Busy Downtown Corner

A new Orlando food hall is in the works in the downtown core inside the 654,618 SF building at 200 S. Orange Avenue (MAP).

The 10,000 SF food hall will be called South Orange Provisions (Website) and will contain up to 9 food stalls fully built out by the Landlord.

Seating will be available inside and outside according to currently-available renderings. The stalls will be located just off the great entry hall on one side and contain access to the outdoor courtyard on the other side.

South Orange Provisions food hall will be located just a few blocks from the Bumby Arcade Food Hall.

The property was built in 1988 and was originally utilized by SunTrust for its banking and corporate office operations. Although the majority of the bank’s formerly occupied space has been re-leased, the ground floor has now become available. A major renovation is currently underway.

The eight story high great hall will have a totally new look, the lobby will be freshened up, the centrally located green park will feature new seating and activity areas, and a new entry experience will be created.
