A New Downtown 368-Unit Apartment Building Is Under Construction

Construction has begun on a new apartment building in downtown Orlando currently called Orange and Robinson Apartments. It's located at the corner of Orange & Robinson at 336 N Orange Avenue (MAP). The 11 story building will have 368 units and a 729 space parking garage.


One block north of this project another apartment mixed use project called X Orlando is about to break ground with 889 residential units, 41,000 square feet of commercial/ retail space, and approximately 1,516 parking spaces at 434 N. Orange Avenue. It will be located next door to another apartment mixed use project called Crescent Central Station.

The building's original plans were for 325 units and 606 parking spaces. Below are the renderings submitted for the June 2019 Appearance Review Board meeting.
