The flagship restaurant space inside Novel Lucerne building at 733 Main Lane (MAP) in SODO is up for grabs. The restaurant space is 3,681 sq ft plus patio seating. The building contains 375 apartments, a parking garage and an Earth Fare grocery store.
As part of Novel Lucerne’s approvals, the Central Florida Transportation Authority approved the addition and an extension of the Lymmo service to stop on Orange Avenue, adjacent to Novel Lucerne.
