The Starbucks with a drive-thru we told you about coming to the Mills50 District is under construction at the SW corner of the intersection of Fern Creek Avenue and Colonial Avenue at 1526 E. Colonial Drive (MAP).
The coffee shop will have 2,178 SF and 28 parking spots.
It is replacing Ice Cold Auto Repair, a business that had been running at this location since 1964. It was torn down in October and its iconic sign was not saved for posterity according to Orlando Sentinel.
