The 2.55 acre empty lot at 1724 N. Mills Avenue we told you was for sale in front of the Mills Park shopping center (MAP) was recently purchased for $3.8 million by Upshot Capital Advisors according to Growthspotter.
The property is entitled for 177,350 SF of hotel or office space. Both projects would require a parking garage. Structures on the property can be 77 to 90 ft high.
Mills Park is a 14.5 acre shopping development at the corner of Virginia and Mills in the Mills50 District. It contains Fresh Market, Firebirds restaurant and other shops and restaurants.
Belicoso Cigars and Café just opened in the shopping center. It offers a large selection of boutique cigars, a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, a proprietary blend of Cuban-style coffee, craft beers; wine and spirits, all inside a two-story space with indoor and outdoor seating and a rooftop terrace.
Belicoso's space was most recently occupied by Four Rebels American Taco Bar & Kitchen. The space's original occupant was Segafredo .
