The southeast corner of Colonial and Mills is for sale as one big package for $2,850,000. The property consist of three buildings and a large parking lot. The property extends from Colonial down Mills to Hillcrest Street.

Quach Dinh C, Quach Thuan Co, and Quach Thanh Co have owned the parking lot at 1201 Hillcrest Street since 1995. Colonial Center Inc acquired 1200 E Colonial Dr in 1996 and sold it to Quach Dinh C, Quach Thuan Co, and Quach Thanh Co for $75,000 in 2002. They sold it to Uptown Orlando LLC in 2006 for $550,800. Quach Dinh C, Quach Thuan Co, and Quach Thanh Co acquired 1206 E Colonial Dr in 1995 for $247,600 and sold it to Uptown Orlando LLC in 2006 for $689,300. Quach Dinh C, Quach Thuan Co, and Quach Thanh Co bought 639 N. Mills Ave in 1996 for $228,800 and sold it in 2006 to Uptown Orlando LLC for $729,800.
