The two law offices housed inside the one-story building at 2600 East Robinson Street (MAP) in the Milk District will be getting new windows, new stucco and parking lot improvements.
The City of Orlando is going to help cover $20,000 of the $67,786.20 cost via an FSARP matching interest free deferred loan. This was approved by the Small Business Facade Review Committee February 11th.
The FSARP offers matching loan funds to businesses to off-set the costs of design and façade/ site improvement expenses.
Final approval goes before City Council February 24th.
