The folks who created the Foxtail/Brewstillery/Create Your Nature community hub with faux grass and palm trees out of the former State Auto Body building in Winter Park applied to the City of Maitland to create a 7,500 sq ft food hall-esque multi-tenant food & retail space with faux grass and palm trees out of a former 1979 empty bank at 360 E. Horatio Ave (MAP) in Maitland according to Growthspotter.
The project is in the vicinity of Maitland City Centre, site of the canceled-before-opening Spindrift Food Hall, which got canceled due to "too many new (restaurant) projects hitting the (Maitland) market at the same time."
