A private club called London House is in the works to take over an entire penthouse space on the 21st floor of the The Plaza at 189 S. Orange Avenue (MAP) in downtown Orlando according to Orlando Business Journal (PAYWALL).
The 20,000 SF club is scheduled to open in 2021.
Downtown already has two private clubs: Citrus Club on the 18th floor of the Citrus Center at 255 S Orange Avenue (MAP) and University Club on the 1st and 2nd floors of Modera Central at 150 East Central Blvd (MAP).
A second location of London House is planned for Restaurant Row.
