The Lake House Apartment building is currently under construction at 301 NE Ivanhoe Blvd (MAP) in the Ivanhoe Village business district.
The nine story project will contain 252 apartments, 34,900 SF of office space, a 4,100 SF restaurant called The Pinery, and a 523 space parking garage.
It sits across the street from Lake Ivanhoe and is one block away from The Yard apartment project.
