
Orlando Public Library is celebrating the 20th anniversary of J.K. Rowling’s hit fantasy novel, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets June 23rd 2pm-4pm at the downtown location (101 East Central Blvd). Kids are invited to dress in their best costumes and join Harry and friends as they wonder through famous locations like Hogwarts and Diagon Alley. The library will also be offering trivia, crafts, games and more.
Dress in the colors of your house and explore through all 4 floors of the library while earning points in the Harry Potter themed scavenger hunt.
if you dare into the Forbidden Forest and make your way to Hogsmeade where you can make your very own Feather Quills.
Take a picture in Ron Weasley’s flying car or sit and enjoy a screening of the movie Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets.
Make your way upstairs into Hogwarts, also known as the Melrose Center, for a virtual reality game on the interactive wall.
Create your own Harry Potter sound effects and put them into a movie clip in the Audio Studio.
Trail up to the third floor and stop by the Daily Prophet to see where the latest news in Hogwarts is created.
