A Conditional Use request was approved by the City of Winter Park to demolish the existing 3-story Edyth Bush Charitable Foundation (Website) building at 199 East Welbourne Avenue (MAP) and rebuild a new 3-story 19,602 square foot building.
The property sits one block behind Park Avenue.
The new building will house not only the Edyth Bush but also other non-profits. The third floor will be the offices for the Edyth Bush Foundation. The second floor is intended to be the home for another non-profit office. The first floor is intended to be public space that would be available for other non-profits to use for community programming, location for their meetings, etc. The first floor will contain a gallery, bathrooms and a greeter.
