A 32-story 500,000 sq ft tower with 10 floors of parking (577 spaces), 8 floors of hotel (288 rooms), 8 floors of office space (210,500 sq ft), and 1 floor of ground-level retail (2,500 sq ft) is coming to 225 S. Garland Avenue (MAP) from Lincoln Property Company according to Growthspotter.
The tower will replace the Ballroom at Church Street (Website).
According to the developers, the Orchid Garden at Church Street Station (website) will not be demolished. It will be enhanced in the next few months.
