A request for a master plan review for a 39-story mixed use high rise tower was submitted this spring by Avi Weintraub of Mazal Holdings Group, LLC.
The project, currently going by the name 389 North Mixed Use Development, is to be located on Weintraub's property at 389 N Orange Ave (MAP) at the corner of S Orange Avenue and E Livingston Street in downtown Orlando.
According to the project's documents, the tower is planned to contain 300 apartment units ranging from studio to three bedroom in size, 10,000 SF of ground level retail, and 88,000 SF of office space. An integrated parking garage containing 539 parking spaces will service all three uses.
A 7,500 SF rooftop lounge and amenity deck is also planned.
