126 micro apartment units averaging 400 SQ FT and $1,200 a month are coming to Thornton Park as part of a12-story mixed use building with a restaurant and coffee shop/grab & go shop at 205 S. Eola Drive (MAP) according to an exclusive report from Growthspotter.
The units have full kitchens, washer dryer, pull down beds and other small space features unique to micro apartments.
The developer, DIX, says they plan on putting up more of these micro unit apartment projects around the area in the next two years.
