DOMU Received 28 Health Violations on Most Recent Inspection

Expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license, several concerns about the hand washing sink, and more were found during an April 16th inspection.

DOMU restaurant inside East End Market was found to be operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license during its most recent inspection which was on April 16th. 27 other health code violations were also found, many of which were immediately corrected on site.


DOMU was awarded Best Japanese Restaurant Critics Choice by Orlando Magazine


A recent USA Today feature called "50 States, 50 Ramen Destinations" name checked Domu for the Florida ramen pick. Domu is an Orlando restaurant in the Audubon Park District inside East End Market, 3201 Corrine Drive. This was first reported by Orlando Sentinel.


The word domu is slang for “coming off of the dome" aka "whatever comes to mind according to owner Sonny Nguyen. (Source)

  1. 16-03-4 Basic - Accumulation of debris inside warewashing machine.

  2. 16-21-4 Basic - Accumulation of debris on exterior of warewashing machine.
