CycleBar (Instagram | Website) will be opening a new location this Fall in the Dr Phillips area. The new bike-focused exercise venue will be located in the Dellagio shopping center (Instagram | Website) at 7940 Via Dellagio Way, Suite 112 (MAP).
CycleBar is a luxury boutique fitness studio with the largest state-of-the-art "cycle theatre," concierge level service, and premium amenities. CycleBar offers eight different styles of rides that provide an energetic, low impact, full-body interval training experience for all ages, and all fitness levels with added resistance bar for upper body toning. They say customers burn 500-1000 calories each ride.
Two other locations of CycleBar are in the works for Central Florida: one in Lake Nona at 13919 Narcoossee Road (MAP) and one in Hamlin/Winter Garden at 15996 New Independence Parkway (MAP). Cyclebar has locations in Winter Park, Waterford Lakes and Heathrow.
