A request has been submitted by Madden-Moorhead Engineers to the Municipal Planning Board to rezone a 26.15 acre property west of College Park to Planned Development to develop a 203-unit rear-loaded townhouse community.
The project is currently called "College Park West." The property is bordered by Bay Lake Road to the north, Eunice Avenue to the east, Shader Road to the south, and Heatherington Road to the east.
There are also requests for annexation into City of Orlando and for a future land use amendment to Residential Low Intensity. The property is owned by the Heatherington Family Trust which is located in Gainesville.
The Staff Report will be available for public review HERE September 12th and the project will tentatively be discussed at the Municipal Planning Board meeting at 8:30am September 18th.
