Central Florida Fair Getting New Livestock and Event Pavilion

The 108 year old Central Florida Fair (Website) is getting a new 40,000 sq ft Livestock and Event Pavilion and restroom facility. Construction is about to begin and is expected to be completed by April 1, 2020, less than a month after the fair ends its February 27-March 8, 2020 run.

The new facility is replacing the existing facility built in 1986 and is being financed with Industrial Revenue Bonds and fundraising and grant opportunities.

Naming Rights and Sponsorship opportunities for local organizations and businesses for the Pavilion annually are available and may be tax deductible.

The construction of this facility will give the annual Central Florida Fair a new venue to showcase its Livestock youth program which has generated over $3.2 Million in Livestock sales and over $2.7 Million dollars in premium awards to local 4H/FFA youth in past 12 years alone. The Central Florida fair has also given over $125,000 in Scholarships to local youth participants.

The Central Florida fair provides a venue for local Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Lake, Osceola, Brevard county youth to show livestock animals and creative art projects though its educational programs. It's a Private 501-c3 Non-Profit and receives no city/county funding/tourism funding.
