Blue Bird Bake Shop at 3122 Corrine Drive (MAP) in the Audubon Park Garden District announced it will have soft opening hours Monday thru Friday 11:30am to 2:30pm August 12 - 23 according to Facebook.
Available for purchase will be hot and cold coffee beverages, cupcakes and other treats.
The official grand re-opening will take place over four days starting August 29th.
The bakery and coffee shop has been closed for months during which time repairs on their collapsed ceiling and flood damage took place.
