Barnie's Coffee & Tea Co (Website) will now be served at Bookmark Cafe inside the library at Rollins College in Winter Park. Brewed coffees, lattes, Nitro cold brews, and cappuccino drinks will be available. The café will continue to offer snacks, sandwiches, salads, and other food items.
This new service is due to a partnership the company calls "Fueled by Barnie's." Many colleges, museums and offices in Central Florida and throughout the southeast partner with the company in this manner.
The partner entity, in this case Rollins College, acquires the necessary brewing equipment and cutlery. Next, the Barnie’s team of café professionals shepherd the café staff through the installation, training and transition processes. Finally, Barnie's steps back to leave the full-service coffee café in confident, capable hands.
