A request for final approval of a minor plat tied to the development of a distribution facility and associated surface parking lots titled "Grand Street Subdivision A/K/A Last Mile Logistics (Amazon)" has been submitted for the approximate 18.8 acre property at 1216 S. Orange Blossom Trail (MAP) by Rio Grande Acquisitions, LLC.
Orlando Business Journal says it's going to be a "115,280-square-foot last-mile logistics and distribution warehouse."
This project is within the Holden Heights neighborhood.
They propose to replat two lots to allow for future commercial development consistent with the previously approved Master Plan.
The request is part of the Mayor's Consent Agenda and goes before City Council November 11th.
