Seth Mendelsohn of Shaker Heights, Ohio submitted a Master Plan request for a two-phase 540 unit multifamily development tentatively called Silver Hills on the property at 5885 Lakehurst Drive (MAP) in an area called Florida Center. The request also includes a 10% parking reduction. This project is tentatively scheduled for a public hearing at the Municipal Planning Board on August 20, 2019.
