Bigger plants! Bigger pots! And space for drinking delicious local coffee from... who?
The new location of Piante Plant Shop at 141 Lincoln Ave in Winter Park
Piante Plant Shop will be opening a second location at 141 Lincoln Ave in the space formerly occupied by Breakaway Bike shop in downtown Winter Park. The owners are aiming for an August 9th opening.
The new location will house bigger containers, bigger plants, and botanical sculptures. It will be branded as a boutique plant shop and contain space for talks, workshops, and other live events. They bike racks taking up the parking space in front of the shop will be replaced with display tables. The wall to the left of the entrance will soon feature shelving.
The original location at 129 W Fairbanks Ave also in Winter Park will be branded as a market-style plant shop, slightly different than what it is now, with small potted plants, pots and ready to go gift items. Hours at the original location are Tuesday thru Saturday 10-6pm. They're closed Sunday and Monday.
Both shops will soon be collaborating with Mercantile Coffee Co. to bring cold brew coffee & sodas in-house.
Both shops serve as a showcase for Piante's garden design service. They work on interior and exterior spaces for both residential and commercial clients.
