Add another one to the Orlando Food Hall Guide!
A new 22,400 sq ft food hall is coming to The Packing District in College Park. It will be housed inside a former 1930s warehouse once used as an orange crate factory called Great Southern Box Company. The food hall, named Southern Box Food Hall, will be located on the southeast corner of Princeton Street and Orange Blossom Trail and will feature an elevated outdoor plaza with shaded greenspace and additional seating for guests.
Southern Box Food Hall is just one component of a larger plan to redevelop the 205,000 sq ft corner site. The plan includes:

Signature restaurant and bar
Large parking area

14,000 sq ft of retail space
10,000 sq ft of office space
Plans call for construction to begin early next year with completion by the end of 2020.
