Blended Cafe Bar is under construction in a 5,064 sq ft space at 2306 Edgewater Drive in College Park. The multi-tenant building was built in 1954.
The menu will include bubble tea, bubble egg waffles, banh mi, bao, coffee, wine and wine cocktails, and craft beer. An egg waffle is a spherical egg-based waffle made from an eggy leavened batter cooked between two plates of semi-spherical cells.
Blended Cafe Bar will join two other dessert shops along College Park's Edgewater Drive: Jeremiah's Italian Ice and Trevi Pasta.
