July 4th is the official opening day of the hot dog and hamburger "food stand."
Big Time Street Food Co. will open July 4th at at 805 E Washington Street in Thornton Park next door to a laundromat. It's a self-described food stand serving buffalo cauliflower, fried cheese curds, pesto fries, KFC wings, "The Burton Burger," hotdogs, salads and three dollar sodas during its preview soft opening hours.
