V's Vegan Diner (Instagram | Facebook | Website), a meat and dairy free plant-based vegan food truck is having its soft opening this weekend Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3-10pm in the courtyard behind Fort Pitt (Facebook) at 5565 Old Cheney Highway (MAP).
The menu includes vegan philly cheesesteaks, peppered steak caesar wraps, hamburgers, BBQ sandwiches, and sides.
