About
The Daily City is a hyperlocal news website that covers activity in the Downtown Orlando area, the Main Street Districts, Lake Nona, and occasionally the tourist areas. Topics include new businesses and buildings, new people of note, and local government doings.
The Daily City is responsible for over 10,000 stories about Orlando since it began in 2007. Most of them live on the original website.

He put on the city's first ever food truck event March 29, 2011 and spent the next 6 years fostering a sense of community, giving locals a reason to gather, and introducing entrepreneurs in the crowd to the world of food trucks once a month in a parking lot behind Fashion Square Mall. Thousands of locals came and many new food truck businesses were created.
