Gyno 1 Contractors submitted a Conditional Use Permit request to allow a drive through for a restaurant as part of the development of a 6-unit, 10,648 sq. ft. retail building at 1010 and 1022 E Colonial Dr. This property is across from Lineage Coffee in Mills50.

The drive thru would be on the east side of the building. On the west side, according to the plans submitted to the City, there will be a covered patio underneath a roof canopy, possibly for outdoor cafe seating.

By April 11th a Staff Report available at On April 17th there will be a tentative Municipal Planning Board hearing on the project.

On the west (right) side of the plans a false wall shields a covered patio underneath a roof canopy from East Colonial. This protected area may become a restaurant with outdoor seating.
