According to the co-owner, there are two options for the Red Mug Diner half:

They're expecting offers for tenants and are open to national ones.  The owners of Red Mug Diner also own the whole building which has a second floor. We told you in January that the second floor was completely gutted with no walls or flooring and up for grabs. Watch our video walk-thru. The space will have stairs that lead up to it from the front of the building.

State, City and FDOT Approval Was Required for One Sign in the Lake Lawsona Fern Creek Neighborhood

An agreement that lasts until December 31, 2032 goes before City Council Monday. It's for a project between the State of Florida, Department of Transportation (“FDOT”) and the City of Orlando.

The project is one standalone sign that identifies the Lake Lawsona Fern Creek neighborhood.

The agreement between all three agencies was created and required because the location proposed is in Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Right Of Way.
The Lake Lawsona Community will be paying for all the fees for the sign including permitting, design and installation.
