Paddlefish Executive Chef Leading Cooking Class for Publix Aprons School

Thursday, May 18 at 6:30 p.m. Paddlefish's Executive Chef Mark Boor will be hosting an interactive cooking class at Publix's Aprons School in Dr. Phillips. Attendees will be able to learn some skills from Executive Chef Boor and create some of Paddlefish's signature dishes for $45. On the menu:
  1. Lobster Corn Dogs
  2. Ahi Poke
  3. Seabass 
  4. Chocolate Bourbon Pecan Tart
