Dive Bar Centerpiece of Giant Ivanhoe Village Development

According to Bungalower, the Orlando dive bar called The Hideaway will put a giant dent in a development potentially coming to Ivanhoe Village called The Yard - Crossman Site.
The mid-level mixed use structure will surround all but one side of the watering hole with a parking garage facing the rear and offices and apartments facing the other two sides. Virginia Drive will still face the bar's front entrance.
Based on documents filed with the city, The Hideaway will be just at the center of The Yard - Crossman Site.
However, if the owner of The Hideaway decides he doesn't want to be in the center of the action, the land brokers are willing to exchange it for  for a similarly-sized lot on the same street (Virginia Drive) according to Growthspotter.

The Yard - Crossman Site is named after Scott Crossman, one of the two land brokers who bought up all the lots surrounding The Hideaway.
