The event will allow guest to create their own personally blended wines using premium varietals featured from Raymond Vineyards of Rutherford in Napa Valley. Food selections and a special video introduction by Jean-Charles Boiseet, Proprietor of Boisset Family Estates, and Stephanie Putnam, of Raymond Vineyards Winemaker.
Barrel samples of three different varietals from Raymond Vineyards will also be featured at the event. Tickets are $65 and reservations are recommended.
While on the topic of food; Crave, located locally near Mall at Millenia, has a new award-winning industry veteran Executive Chef; Bill King. He is updating the menu with a number of new dishes while also keeping many of the favorites while improving upon them with new ingredients.
“Our goal is to return to the fundamental roots of CRAVE’s culinary perspective by bringing fresh and vibrant flavors back to American foods and re-emphasizing seasonality,” said King. “We have intensified the vibrancy of our menu by incorporating a variety of regional ingredients like locally sourced farm-raised chickens, fresh Gulf shrimp, and Atlantic salmon, ensuring our diners will enjoy food bursting with color and taste.”
