From 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., there will be plentiful gourmet and casual food offerings to accompany the wide range of wine selections. Food partners include Stonewood Grill & Tavern, All Occasion Caterers, Arthur’s Catering, Cantina Laredo, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar,
Grand Bohemian, Puff N’ Stuff Catering, Taverna Opa, The Ultimate Drunken Cupcake and John
and Shirley’s Catering.
In addition, the Science Center will offer wine knowledge-building workshops presented by wine industry experts with topics like “Food and Wine Harmony” – THE quintessential program on matching wine with food – and “What’s in the Barrel? Oaks, Barrels and the Impact of Wood Ageing” – a soup-to-nuts look at the importance of barrels. Both sessions are accompanied by an illustrative tasting.
